We were referred to W & Z by a friend and, after the initial consultation, are pleased we hired them. Both me and my 92-yr. old mother's estate plans were outdated and in dire need of change. Our estate plans differed in complexity as well, with mine utilizing a Special Needs Trust and all the challenges that entailed with recent changes in tax and estate law. Jay and Ann's patience, kindness and support shown my mother during the process was instrumental in insuring her wishes are current and clearly documented for when the time comes. I, too, am grateful for not only that, but for the knowledge, attention to detail and guidance brought to the challenges of my estate plan. They were very patient with my often tedious questions providing easy-to-digest answers. And while not my first plan, it is the first time I have real confidence in the end product for ensuring a smooth process for my Executor(s), Agent(s) and family for when my time comes.
